Seth Madore
I'm Seth Madore, a licensed Connecticut home inspector and the owner of MTS Home Inspections. Before inspecting homes, I worked on them: hands-on remodeling, construction, and repair across Connecticut. That background changes what an inspection looks like. I'm not matching what I see to a textbook photo, I'm comparing it to systems I've personally built, repaired, and replaced.
Every MTS inspection is performed by me personally. Attics, crawlspaces, and roofs of safe pitch get physically accessed on every job. The hard-to-reach places are where the real issues hide, so that's where I go. Thermal imaging and moisture detection are standard on every inspection, and every booking includes a complimentary visual check for wood-destroying organisms.
